My Summer Vacation

Traveling around China

During this summer vacation, I did something I've always wanted to do - travel around China. I started from Beijing and visited the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, and the Bird's Nest. Then I went to Xi'an to see the Terracotta Warriors, and finally went to Shanghai, where I enjoyed the beautiful skyline and the delicious food. It was an amazing experience and I learned a lot about the history and culture of my country.

Catching up with Friends

Apart from traveling, I also spent some time catching up with my old friends. We went to the movies, had a barbecue, and played sports together. It was great to see that everyone was doing well and we had a lot of fun together. I even made some new friends during this summer vacation and I'm looking forward to keeping in touch with them.

Learning New Skills

I didn't just have fun during this summer vacation, I also tried to learn some new skills. I took an online course on programming and learned how to code in Python. I also took a cooking class and learned how to make some delicious dishes. I believe that we should never stop learning and trying new things, and this summer vacation was a perfect time for me to do that. 这个暑假，我终于去做了我一直想做的事情——环游中国。我从北京开始，参观了长城、故宫和鸟巢。然后我去了西安，看了兵马俑，最后去了上海，在那里欣赏了美丽的天际线和美食。这是一个惊人的经历，我学到了很多关于中国历史和文化的知识。 除了旅游，我也花了一些时间跟老朋友见面。我们一起去看电影、烧烤、运动，度过了很愉快的时光。我在这个暑假甚至交了一些新朋友，很期待能与他们保持联系。 我并不只是在这个暑假玩乐，我也试着学习了一些新技能。我上了一个关于编程的在线课程，学习了如何用Python编程。我还上了一堂烹饪课，学会了如何制作一些美味的菜肴。我相信我们永远不应该停止学习和尝试新事物，而这个暑假正是我做到这一点的绝佳时间。
